1. Acceptance

By using phghana.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Products

All laptops sold by PhGhana Technologies are refurbished units sourced from the UK and US. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in appearance may occur. Condition grades are defined in our Grading Policy on the About page.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Your order is locked at the price shown at the time of placement. Bulk pricing is subject to availability and may require a separate quote.

4. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and verified.
• Send your payment screenshot via WhatsApp with your order reference to confirm.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that are not paid within 24 hours.
• Accepted payment methods: MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo, Paystack, Flutterwave, Cash on Delivery (selected areas).

5. Delivery

• Same-day delivery applies to Accra orders placed before 2pm on business days.
• Nationwide delivery typically takes 1–2 business days.
• Delivery fees are as stated at checkout and may vary by location.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

6. Warranty & Returns

See our full Warranty Policy. Warranty periods vary by grade. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery for DOA units. Items must be returned in original packaging. We do not cover physical damage caused after delivery.

7. Bulk Orders

Bulk orders are subject to availability. Quotes are valid for 48 hours. A deposit may be required for large orders. PhGhana Technologies is not liable for delays in bulk supply due to import logistics.

8. Limitation of Liability

PhGhana Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for data loss — always back up your data before use.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on phghana.com — including text, images, and design — is the property of PhGhana Technologies. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
