When you contact us via WhatsApp, your message and phone number are visible to our sales team. We use this solely to fulfil your order and do not share WhatsApp contacts with third parties.
We do not store payment details on our servers. Mobile Money payments are processed through your network provider. Card payments via Paystack/Flutterwave are handled by those PCI-compliant providers.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your delivery details with our courier partner solely to fulfil your order.
We use HTTPS encryption, secure session handling, and hashed passwords. However, no method of online transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to contact us promptly if you suspect any issue.
